“Revelation the first ten verses: 1-2 = The woman was the nation of Israel in the beginning 12 stars, 12 tribes. Joseph has a dream in Genesis explaining that Jacob his father is the sun, and his mother is the moon and his brothers are the 11 stars, Joseph was the 12th star. Specifically, the woman became the tribe of Judah that Christ came through. Mary came from the tribe of Judah. Judah then being pregnant with the birth of the Messiah, Jesus.
3 = The dragon is Satan. The seven heads are the Herodian dynasty of kings that ruled Jerusalem for Rome as client Kings. There were actually seven Herod’s that ruled Jerusalem until A.D. 100. Herod the Great was not Jewish, he was Idumean (Edom). Herod married a Jewish woman. The color of Edom in the Bible is red, hence the color of the dragon. Notice the crowns are on the heads because it was their time of rulership, the ten horns would come later. The ten horns were the Germanic Barbarian tribes of Europe. The ten horns are a mixture of the lost ten tribes of Israel as well.
4 = As stated before, Satan’s biography is that he drew a third of the Angels. A tail is that which follows, meaning the third of the angels did not fall the same time Satan did; but his access back in forth in the earth influenced it. Satan fell on day 6; Man fell on day 6, and the third of the angels fall in Genesis 6 (666). Satan stands before the woman to devour the child. Herod was used of Satan to try and kill Jesus as an infant before he could grow up to fulfill his purpose to die for sin.
5 = Jesus is born into the world. Isaiah 9 says for unto us a child is born, for unto us a Son is given. The Son was given at cross. Jesus died was buried, resurrected, and ascended to the throne of God to rule with a rod of iron.
6 = verse 6 to be explained with verse 14. Verse 6 is a preview of what 14 explains in detail. The woman escapes from the dragon. The dragon then pours out a flood of water after her. Jewish Christians escape the flood that destroyed the temple and Jerusalem in A.D. 70. Daniel 9: 26 “… and the people (Romans) of the prince (Titus) that shall come shall destroy the city and the sanctuary; and the end thereof shall be with a flood.”
7-9 = happens before verse 6 and 14. WAR IN HEAVEN. After Jesus ascended into heaven he appeared before the throne of God for us. His death on the cross destroyed Satan’s power. Satan used the law of Moses (Old Testament) to accuse Old Testament saints before God. The law of Moses created the law of sin and death in my flesh because my flesh couldn’t keep the law, but it worked in my flesh to bring forth fruit unto death. Sin was magnified in me because the Good law worked in my flesh a bad law that continued to kill me. Romans 7: 11 “For sin, taking occasion by the commandment, deceived me, and by it slew me.” Romans 7: 23 “But I see another law in my members, warring against the law of my mind, and bringing me into captivity to the law of sin which is in my members.” For by the law is the knowledge of Sin. And the strength of Sin was the law of Moses; but Jesus took sins strength away by nailing the law to the cross therefore destroying sin in his body which was made Sin. So now without the law Sin is dead. The law of the Spirit is love, which is given to us through the Spirit of Christ. Satan can’t use the law against us because it died when Christ died on the cross. So, Satan and his angels were kicked out from having back and forth access into heaven to accuse us before God. He was now relegated to the first heaven and earth. But Jesus has all power in heaven and earth. Ten days after Jesus ascends into heaven the Holy Spirit comes and is planted in the heart of the church!! The war in heaven lasted 10 days, but Satan has already been cast out of heaven from what Jesus Christ did at the cross!!!!!! (12: 31,32, 16: 11, Col. 2: 14,15, Ephe. 2: 15).
10 = NOW IS COME SALVATION AND STRENGTH!!! The Holy Spirit came on the day of Pentecost in A.D. 30 bringing salvation!!!! THE KINGDOM WITHOUT OBSERVATION CAME WITH A SOUND!! A sound of a rushing mighty wind!!!!! Strength had finally come!! What is this strength? I T WAS GRACE!!! Grace is the power God!! Satan has been cast out, and Jesus RULES IN HEAVEN AND WE HAVE THE POWERFUL AND AWESOME HOLY SPIRIT LIVING IN US SO LET US COME BOLDLY TO THE THRONE OF GRACE AND OBTAIN MERCY AND FIND GRACE TO HELP!!!!!!
