The fullness of the Godhead bodily!

“Colossians 2:9 says “For in him dwelleth all the fulness of the Godhead bodily.” This passage has been twisted by many denominations for almost a thousand years, but the true interpretation is found in the text. The fullness of the Godhead is found in Christ through the Church which is HIS body: Notice what Ephesians says which is the mirror book of the Colossian letter “ Ephesians 1:22-23 “And hath put all things under his feet, and gave him to be the head over all things to the church, Which is his body, the fulness of him that filleth all in all.” Ephesians says that the Church is the fullness of Christ, where? On the Earth. When we walk in this understanding, Christ can reveal who the Father is, and who the Holy Spirit is in the Church: Luke 10:22 says “All things are delivered to me of my Father: and no man knoweth who the Son is, but the Father; and who the Father is, but the Son, and he to whom the Son will reveal him.” Only an accurate relationship with the Father THROUGH the Son will reveal and bring revelation. Paul’s understanding of the Godhead in the Church is what I would call trinitarian accuracy that shows a full understanding of how God is working in the Church, which is the body of Christ: 1 Corinthians 12:4-6 says “Now there are diversities of gifts, but the same Spirit. And there are differences of administrations, but the same Lord. And there are diversities of operations, but it is the same God which worketh all in all.” Here we see the Trinity working in the body in the fullness of God’s purpose in the Earth through the Spirit of God’s diversity of gifts, the Lord Jesus’ administrative gifts, and the Father’s operation of the gifts. More simply put, the Father is the owner of the plant that Christ distributes the parts in, while the Spirit gives the distinctive part to each person. The mantle you have on your life is NOT another’s mantle, IT IS YOUR MANTLE! Notice 1 Corinthians 12:11 says “But all these worketh that one and the selfsame Spirit, dividing to every man severally as he will.” When a person doesn’t understand the Trinity, they manipulate and try to jockey for position in the body, when it is the Holy Spirit that gives each person their own distinctive gift that will bring glory to God the Father through Jesus Christ! This is also why Paul says in Colossians 2:8 says “Beware lest any man spoil you through philosophy and vain deceit, after the tradition of men, after the rudiments of the world, and not after Christ.” The traditions of men will have you walking in manipulation believing that it is up to you to give revelation, BUT IT IS THE SON WHO GIVES IT and Colossians 2:10 says “And ye are complete in him, which is the head of all principality and power:” The word complete here means “perfectly furnished”, that means you are not incomplete. 1 Corinthians 4:6-7 says “And these things, brethren, I have in a figure transferred to myself and to Apollos for your sakes; that ye might learn in us not to think of men above that which is written, that no one of you be puffed up for one against another. For who maketh thee to differ from another? and what hast thou that thou didst not receive? now if thou didst receive it, why dost thou glory, as if thou hadst not received it?” In other words YOU ARE COMPLETE! You are so complete in Christ that you are THE FULLNESS OF THE GODHEAD ON THE EARTH!! When someone sees you, they “should” see God in his fullness in all the gifts of the Spirit that will show the love of God in the earth.”
