Isaiah 65:8 “Thus saith the LORD,As the new wine is found in the cluster, and one saith, Destroy it not; for a blessing is in it: so will I do for my servants’ sakes, that I may not destroy them all.” The phrase new wine gives the sense of expulsion from, a squeezing out of. It is from the cluster that new wine comes out of. When the new wine comes, the old has to leave! It is time for a new inheritance. When Jesus came casting out devils by the finger of God it was an expulsion of that which is old so the new wine could come into place. The root of the phrase “new wine” in Isaiah is to seize, to inherit, also to expel. To cast out. When the new wine shows up, it’s time for deliverance! Isaiah 65:9 says “And I will bring forth a seed out of Jacob, and out of Judah an inheritor of my mountains: and mine elect shall inherit it, and my servants shall dwell there.” The word inheritor is the root word for new wine. It is Christ himself who is the INHERITOR who cast out demons by the Spirit of God, who expels them out of their possession, so the remnant of the INHERITOR can possess their possessions. Get the devil out of your space! Cast these demons out of your place! The Cluster has a blessing in it.
