The gifts of the Spirit are also linked to the fruit of the Spirit. There are nine gifts of the Spirit: The Word of wisdom, the Word of Knowledge, The Discerning of Spirits, Faith, Gifts of Healing, Miracles, Prophecy, Tongues, and the Interpretation of Tongues. In these gifts, there are three that reveal something, three that do something, and three that say something. The three that reveal something are the Word of Wisdom, the Word of Knowledge and the Discerning of spirits. The three that do something is Faith, Healing and Miracles. And the three that say something are Prophecy, Tongues and the Interpretation of Tongues. There are nine fruit of the Spirit: three that develop how you act. Three that develop how you aid. And three that develop how you are. The three that develop how you act are patience, faithfulness, and self-control. The three that develop how you aid are love, kindness, and goodness. And the three that develop how you are is joy, peace, and gentleness. This is how they link with the gifts of the Spirit:
Joy = Word of Knowledge
Peace = Word of Wisdom
Gentleness = Discerning of spirits
Love = Faith
Kindness = Gifts of Healing
Goodness = Working of Miracles
Patience = Prophecy
Faithfulness = Interpretation of Tongues
Self-Control = Tongues.
