John 4:21, which says, “…Woman, believe me, the hour cometh, when ye shall neither in this mountain, nor yet at Jerusalem, worship the Father.” Worship would no longer be in the earthly Jerusalem; but in spirit and in truth! According to 2 Peter 3:10, he must have forgotten to write about Christ ruling on a throne in earthy Jerusalem, because he clearly states something different: 2 Peter 3:10, says, “But the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night; in the which the heavens shall pass away with a great noise, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat, the earth also and the works that are therein shall be burned up.” And Paul also says in the 1 Corinthians 15, that when the end comes after the Parousia, which is the second coming of the Lord that He delivers the kingdom over to the Father. He could only do this at his coming if He has already reigned from the heavens. If worship is no longer to be in an earthly Jerusalem, then it must be in spirit in the heavenly Jerusalem. We, the church are the heavenly Jerusalem! Christ is in us, and we are in him. The Kingdom comes without observation, but it does come with a sound, the sound of the Spirit of Pentecost, that will lead you in Spirit and in truth.
