“Isaiah 11, describes the nature of the kingdom that came on Pentecost: Isaiah 11:6-9, says, “The wolf also shall dwell with the lamb, and the leopard shall lie down with the kid; and the calf and the young lion and the fatling together; and a little child shall lead them. And the cow and the bear shall feed; their young ones shall lie down together: and the lion shall eat straw like the ox. And the sucking child shall play on the hole of the asp, and the weaned child shall put his hand on the cockatrice’ den. They shall not hurt nor destroy in all my holy mountain: for the earth shall be full of the knowledge of the Lord, as the waters cover the sea.” Do you understand that what is being described here is the new birth? The weaned child putting his hand on the cockatrice’ den is a picture of the born-again believer with power over the works of Satan, the Serpent, the asp, the cockatrice. This Holy mountain is Spiritual. Isaiah 66:22-23, says, “For as the new heavens and the new earth, which I will make, shall remain before me, saith the Lord, so shall your seed and your name remain. And it shall come to pass, that from one new MOON to another, and from one sabbath to another, shall all flesh come to worship before me, saith the Lord.” BUT Revelation 21:1,22,23, and 25, says, “And I saw a new heaven and a new earth: for the first heaven and the first earth were passed away; and there was no more sea…And I saw no temple therein: for the Lord God Almighty and the Lamb are the temple of it. And the city had no need of the sun, neither of the MOON, to shine in it: for the glory of God did lighten it, and the Lamb is the light thereof…And there shall be no night there; and they need no candle, neither light of the sun; for the Lord God giveth them light: and they shall reign for ever and ever.” Remember, in John Jesus says to the woman at the well, neither in this mountain NOR yet at Jerusalem will people worship the Father. This was speaking of the earthly Jerusalem of this present earth. Those that are looking for fulfillment in a literal temple with old covenant sacrifices being instituted again are in grave danger.”
