The SOUND of PENTECOST!

“Acts 2:1-2 says “And when the day of Pentecost was fully come, they were all with one accord in one place. And suddenly there came a sound from heaven as of a rushing mighty wind, and it filled all the house where they were sitting.” Christ made a promise to the disciples that that Holy Spirit was coming: Luke 24:49 says “And, behold, I send the promise of my Father upon you: but tarry ye in the city of Jerusalem, until ye be endued with power from on high.” He prophesied the coming wind of the Spirit that they should receive: John 20:22 says “And when he had said this, he breathed on them, and saith unto them, Receive ye the Holy Ghost:” So when the Holy Spirit came in as a rushing wind it brought confirmation and comfort! The wind of God came with a sound!! The word sound in the Greek is the word “Echo”! God gives you the Spirit of God so you can be the ECHO of his voice! YOU have to say what YOU hear in the Spirit, and repeat what God is saying to the world!! Be the Sound in the earth! Exodus 28:34-35a “A golden bell and a pomegranate, a golden bell and a pomegranate, upon the hem of the robe round about. And it shall be upon Aaron to minister: and his sound shall be heard when he goeth in unto the holy place before the LORD…” When the high priest went in the temple his SOUND WAS TO BE HEARD!!! LET THERE BE A SOUND!!!!! SOUND!!!!!! The Angels cry holy, holy, holy!!!!! The woman with the issue of blood touched the hem of Jesus’ garment, she was recognizing him as the high priest that would stand in the presence of God on the cross for us. Is there a sound when you worship!!!! While the bells on the high priest robe represent the gifts of the spirit! The pomegranates on his robe represent the fruit of the spirit, they also represent a sound!!!!! The Spirit of Christ came on the day of Pentecost, he came with a SOUND!!!! Let us carry his sound in the earth!!”
