Friday, Nisan the 14th, the day called ‘The Preparation’ the day before the Sabbath. The year is A.D.33 Friday, Nisan the 14th, The Feast of Passover, The day of Jesus’ crucifixion. So ‘Good Friday’ is correct. It is a double Sabbath week. This is also the preparation of the Passover (John 19:14).

Lambs were slain about 3pm on The Feast of Passover. Matt.27:1-56, Mark 15:1-41, Luke 22:66-23:49, John 18:28-19:37. Now Jesus has been crucified, and it is now evening time, 6pm Friday night ending, Friday the preparation day before the Sabbath ending. Joseph takes Jesus’ body to bury it. Matt.27:57-61, Mark 15:42-47, Luke 23:50-56, John 19:38-42.
