Antiochus IV Epiphanes’ actions in Kislev, specifically desecrating the Jerusalem Temple on the 15th of Kislev (168/167 BCE) by setting up an altar to Zeus (the Abomination of Desolation”), triggered the Maccabean Revolt, leading to the Temple’s rededication and the Hanukkah miracle on Kislev 25.
In 70 A.D. the Abomination of Desolation happened again when Titus destroyed the temple in Jerusalem.
Historically we see what took place, and Hitler began his own Abomination of desolation by removing the preaching of the gospel and placing Mein Kampf on the Altars of Churches.
