Genesis 32:12 “And thou saidst, I will surely do thee good, and make thy seed as the sand of the sea, which cannot be numbered for multitude.”
In the book of Daniel, he speaks about four great beasts that come out of the sea. The fourth beast is the Roman Empire. Fast forward to Revelation 17:9-11 which says the following: “And here is the mind which hath wisdom. The seven heads are seven mountains, on which the woman sitteth. And there are seven kings: five are fallen, and the one is, and the other is not yet come; and when he cometh, he must continue a short space. And the beast that was, and is not, even he is the eighth, and is of the seven, and goeth into perdition.”
The woman in this passage is the nation of Judah. Revelation 12:1-4 gives an indication of who the seven heads are: “And there appeared a great wonder in heaven; a woman clothed with the sun, and the moon under her feet, and upon her head a crown of twelve stars: And she being with child cried, travailing in birth, and pained to be delivered. And there appeared another wonder in heaven; and behold a great red dragon, having seven heads and ten horns, and seven crowns upon his heads. And his tail drew the third part of the stars of heaven, and did cast them to the earth: and the dragon stood before the woman which was ready to be delivered, for to devour her child as soon as it was born.” The seven heads in chapter 12 are the Herodian Dynasty of vassal or client kings that ruled Jerusalem for Rome. It is important to note that it was Herod that was used by Satan to destroy the children of Judah about 4 B.C. the child then, was Jesus the Christ. The dragon was red, also identifying the Herodian Dynasty as an Edomite (Idumean) kingdom. Red is the color of Edom in the Bible. The seven heads are as follows:
1) Herod the Great
2) Herod Archelaus
3) Herod Antipas
4) Herod II
5) Herod Philip
6) Herod Agrippa I
7) Herod Agrippa II
The beast that was, and is not, is the eighth, Simon Bar Kochba 135 A.D. The Bible says the ten horns will hate the whore (Jerusalem) 70 A.D. and burn her flesh with fire. The woman escapes from the dragon. The dragon then pours out a flood of water after her. Jewish Christians escape the flood that destroyed the temple and Jerusalem in A.D. 70. Daniel 9:26 “…and the people (Romans) of the prince (Titus) that shall come shall destroy the city and the sanctuary; and the end thereof shall be with a flood.”
The 7 horns in Revelation chapter 13 are from Babylon to Arabia in a larger context of chapter 12: (Babylon, Media, Persia, Greece, The Generals of Alexander, Rome, and Arabia). The ten horns were the Germanic Barbarian tribes of Europe. The ten horns are a mixture of the lost ten tribes of Israel as well.
The ten horns were the Roman army made of mercenaries. The Germanic tribes were these mercenaries, but the lost ten tribes of Israel were intermingled with the Germanic tribes as well.
The Bible says the ten horns had no kingdom yet but would reign as kings with the beast. Rome had a kingdom, so it must have been referring to the Germanic tribes made up of the lost tribes of Israel which had no kingdom. The disciples asked Jesus in Acts 1:6-“…saying, Lord wilt thou at this time restore again the kingdom to Israel?”
Daniel explains that the iron would mingle themselves with the seed of men: Daniel 2:42,43 “And as the toes of the feet were part of iron, and part of clay, so the kingdom shall be partly strong, and partly broken. And whereas thou sawest iron mixed with miry clay, they shall mingle themselves with the seed of men: but they shall not cleave one to another, even as iron is not mixed with clay.”
The Bible explains how the iron mingled themselves together: Jer.31:27 says “Behold, the days come, saith the Lord, that I will sow the house of Israel and the house of Judah with the seed of man, and with the seed of beast.”
Daniel 7:7 says “After this I saw in the night visions, and behold a fourth beast, dreadful and terrible, and strong exceedingly; and it had great iron teeth: it devoured and brake in pieces, and stamped the residue with the feet of it: and it was diverse from all the beasts that were before it; and it had ten horns.”
Micah 5:8 says: “And the remnant of Jacob shall be among the Gentiles in the midst of many people as a lion among the beasts of the forest, as a young lion among the flocks of sheep: who, if he go through, both treadeth down, and teareth in pieces, and none can deliver.”
Understanding this, we also need to know that the 1000 reign of Christ is symbolic representing a long period of time. What happens at the end of the 1000 years is very telling: Isaiah 10:22 says, “For though thy people Israel be as the sand of the sea, yet a remnant of them shall return…” Revelation 20, speaking of Satan in verse 8 says, “And shall go out to deceive the nations which are in the four quarters of the earth, Gog and Magog, to gather them together to battle: THE NUMBER OF WHOM IS AS THE SAND OF THE SEA.” Hosea says in chapter 1:10 that “…the number of the children of Israel shall be as the sand of the sea, which cannot be measured nor numbered…” This would mean that the unchosen multitude of Israel that were scattered among the Gentile nations and have been absorbed among them would come against the chosen, meaning the Israel of 1948. God promised in Genesis 9:27 that Japheth would dwell in the tents of Shem. Ashkenaz is a grandson of Japheth, which our word Ashkenazi comes from. It was the Ashkenazi Jews that came from Europe after Hitler tried to destroy them and God blessed to enter the land of Israel. Shem disobeyed and were scattered throughout the earth.
Isaiah 49:20-22 says “The children which thou shalt have, after thou hast lost the other, shall say again in thine ears, The place is too strait for me: give place to me that I may dwell. Then shalt thou say in thine heart, Who hath begotten me these, seeing I have lost my children, and am desolate, a captive, and removing to and fro? and who hath brought up these? Behold, I was left alone; these, where had they been? Thus saith the Lord GOD, Behold, I will lift up mine hand to the Gentiles, and set up my standard to the people:
and they shall bring thy sons in their arms,
and thy daughters shall be carried upon their shoulders” This passage tells us a few things: “the children which Jerusalem shall have, AFTER they lost the other” this is speaking of the Ashkenazi Jews dwelling in Israel, because Shem was lost in A.D.70, A.D.135, and 1492. In 1948 God used the Eagle, one of the standards of Israel to bring Israel back on planes (Eagles wings) to the land of Israel. He also brought a remnant from Ethiopia to the land. This remnant was prophesied in Zephaniah 3:10 says “ From beyond the rivers of Ethiopia my suppliants, even the daughter of my dispersed, shall bring mine offering.” They are the daughter of the dispersed from A.D.70, A.D.135, and 1492.
Notice Zephaniah 3:12-13, Revelation 14:5 “I will also leave in the midst of thee an afflicted and poor people, and they shall trust in the name of the LORD. The remnant of Israel shall not do iniquity, nor speak lies; neither shall a deceitful tongue be found in their mouth:
for they shall feed and lie down, and none shall make them afraid…And in their mouth was found no guile: for they are without fault before the throne of God.”
What will happen? Violence, rage, and civil war in the earth! Only those truly in Christ and have trusted in his finished work on the cross will be saved!!!!
